I believe that everyone is unique and therefore my work addresses each individual. My approach integrates relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and CBT/DBT, so that treatment is tailored to the patient's specific needs. I bring both clinical knowledge and personal experiences into the process of working with unique clients.
At different times in our lives, we may be faced with challenges that momentarily derail us. That is normal.
